Review of Whashton Springs FarmAs a wildlife conservationist and safari guide from Nairobi, I often seek out family-friendly accommodations that blend comfort with nature. Whashton Springs Farm proved to be an ideal choice for our recent family vacation. The junior suite, which offered separate rooms for the children, was greatly appreciated and allowed us to unwind after our travels. The immediate surroundings were a delightful surprise, with views overlooking gardens and grazing sheep-an engaging sight for our children. We enjoyed observing woodpeckers visiting the bird feeder outside our window, enhancing our connection to nature. Hostess Jane welcomed us warmly and went out of her way to assist when we encountered minor car issues. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring the freshest eggs and the best rhubarb I've tasted. We spent our days exploring the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and even managed a round of golf nearby. Whashton Springs offered a peaceful retreat for families looking to unwind and connect with the outdoors.
